We missed our ‘official’ weigh in last week as our judge was out of town. Checking in regardless, because now we have less than 30 days to go on the diet challenge! The bad news, I’ve only exercised five days since the last check in (about 20 days ago). The good news, I still lost weight. Not much, but hey, I’ll take what I can get.
The starting weight for this challenge was 262.4
Day 43 weigh in total: 239.5
Day 62 weigh in total: 234.5
Weight lost since last weigh in: 5 lbs
Total weight lost so far: 27.9 lbs
Can I hit my goal of 220 lbs with only 28 days to go? I would have to lose 1.9 lbs per day. Seems like a long shot, but I’m still going for it.
Update: Five days later and only 2.5 lbs lighter. This is going to be harder than I imagined. 😉
