The (unofficial) weight on Diet Day 7 is 251.5 lbs. Again, this was on my personal scale, not the official scale we are using. The next weigh in on that scale is 3 weeks away. With that said, my total weight lost the first week is 10.9 lbs. Off to a great start. This coming week is all about finding exercise opportunities. Fortunately it should be warm enough outside to take Bandit the Biker Dog on some walks. He’s on a diet too by the way.
