Diet Day 1 of 90

Just to recap, I have a bet with a co-worker that I can loose a higher percentage of body weight in 90 days than she can.  There’s money on the line, and I don’t like to gamble, so I’m going to update this section of the blog frequently in the hopes it will help keep me motivated.  The goal is to lose 40 lbs in 90 days.  Can it be done?  Let’s find out!

My official weigh in on Day 01:  262.4 lbs

That’s not too bad for a seven foot tall guy.  Sadly though, I’m a couple of inches shorter than that.

Okay, a foot and a couple of inches.  My point is, I’m overweight.  Today is the day I’m going to remedy that.  Right after this KFC chicken tender.
